1. Collection of Information
1.1. When you use Facebook or Google to register to use one of our products, we will collect basic contact information. Such information is provided to us by Facebook or Google but only when you have consented to that third party service sharing your personal data with us. Please note that the available plans may differ by country.
1.2. If we determine upon collection that a user is under the permissible legal age, we will not use or maintain his/her personal information.
1.3. We may collect information about the location of your device when you access or use our product;
1.4. When you use the product, we collect personal data about your use of the product such as what songs you have played and what playlists you have created.

3.2. We have implemented various policies including pseudonymization, encryption, access, and retention policies to guard against unauthorised access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems.
3.3. We encourage you to have a strong and unique password. This secures your user account.
4. Data Integrity, Accuracy and Relevance
4.1. Fine Arts Society (FAS) collects only as much personal information as needed for specific and identified purposes.

4.3. Fine Arts Society (FAS) will take necessary steps to make sure the personal information in our records is accurate and updated.
5. Retention and Sharing
5.1. Fine Arts Society (FAS) will store user’s personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes for which we collected it, or as permitted by law.

6. Account Deletion Policy
At Eppo, we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so at any time through the mobile app or website.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account:

Open the Eppo mobile app or website.

Go to the Menu.

Tap on Profile.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Tap on Delete Account.
Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
● Your personal data, including your name, email, profile information, and any saved preferences, will be permanently erased.
● Any content you have created (such as playlists, event bookmarks, etc.) will no longer be accessible.
● This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
Data Retention
In compliance with applicable laws, we may retain some minimal transactional or anonymized data for a limited period for auditing, legal, or operational purposes. However, no personally identifiable information will be retained after account deletion.

7.1. As you will be aware, the EU through its General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) bestows certain rights upon individuals relating to their personal data.
